APPLICATION:

LLPT caulk tape is the preferred choice for professionals handling sealing jobs. It is suitable for use on pipes, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, edges, gaps, downspouts, window vents, and sealing drafts. This tape provides an ideal sealing solution and maintains effective sealing over existing seams, joints, or penetrations without the need for curing time.

CONSTRUCTION:

The adhesive layer is super strong, based on a rubber carrier and provides instant bonding and sealing. It is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive that can withstand peel strength of up to 30N per inch and pull strength of up to 88N per inch. The adhesive layer becomes extremely strong after 72 hours, which may damage painted or coated objects. We do not recommend removing the tape after 72 hours for such objects.

PRODUCT FEATURE:

Pressure-sensitive adhesive with excellent initial adhesion, resistance to high-pressure water, shock absorption, and excellent sealing quality. Suitable for sealing applications in both outdoor and indoor areas exposed to water and humidity. Can be applied to smooth or rough surfaces for long-term joint sealing and can withstand extreme temperatures.

INSTALLATION:

Easy installation without any waiting time compared to liquid sealant. Before application, ensure the surface is clean and completely dry. A wet surface will weaken the adhesive. Unwind the tape (without backing), peel, and stick starting from one end, pressing firmly onto the surface. Continue along the application area, pressing the tape as hard as possible in the final step.
